Gorilla Develops Lead Acquisition/Management Solutions for Sub-Zero Wolf

Chicago, Illinois – January 2010 – Gorilla, an award-winning ecommerce agency, has recently completed a project with Sub-Zero/Wolf® to recreate the company’s lead acquisition and management processes. To tackle these challenges, familiar to every online retailer, Gorilla designed and implemented a holistic solution that integrated an enhanced public-facing Dealer Locator on the front-end and a back-end Lead Management system which provided Sub-Zero/Wolf with top-to-bottom control over the sales cycle.

“The first step was to transition to a consumer-focused site,” said Stratton Cherouny, Gorilla’s Creative Director. The enhanced Dealer Locator that Gorilla deployed accomplished this by creating an intuitive way for customers interact with the brand.

Sub-Zero/Wolf’s complex network of partners and distributors were aligned within the main corporate site. These mini-sites provided the company with greater control over quality and content, unified the brand message and created a destination site for product information. With a single point of entry, prospects could then be channeled to the dealer with the best chance of converting the sale.

To manage this data, Gorilla created a secure Lead Management portal which gives Sub-Zero/Wolf visibility and control of the lead process at all levels of the organization. Incorporating geo-targeting and a proprietary dealer scoring system, leads are placed in a “Shark Tank” where distributors compete for access. Customizable shark tank rules, controlled by Sub-Zero/Wolf, create transparency within the organization and set a benchmark for distributors and sales reps.

The portal also gives managers across the company real-time access to information tracking timing, follow-up, feedback and success rates. These metrics can then be used to continually refine the way in which leads are distributed and to adapt to changes in the marketplace. ( www.subzero.com/locator )
